Jared Cox
Jared is a registered Osteopath, Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with a special interest in treating, sports injuries, back, neck, shoulder pain, and digestive issues
Jared uses Osteopathic techniques, nutrition and exercise advice as part of his individualized approach to treating the underlying cause of a patient’s pain, injury or symptoms.
As an athlete Jared has seen the benefit of utilizing Osteopathy, nutrition, sleep, stress management and individualized exercise in order to rehabilitate from various injuries, return to sport and prevent future problems from reoccurring. Jared uses those same principles, acquired through experience and formal education, to help patients recover from injuries, improve their well-being and optimize their health.

Marlene Holder
Marlene is a physiotherapist with over 25 years experience working in acute care and rehabilitation. She has varied experience, having worked with clients of all ages with orthopaedic and neurological dysfunction. For much of her career Marlene focused on wheelchair seating and mobility, with an emphasis on the impact of optimal postural alignment. This lead her to Pilates with its focus on posture, muscle retraining, coordination and precision to improve everyday functional movements. The practice of Clinical Pilates allows for progression from very gentle to very challenging exercises so that everyone can participate. Clinical Pilates is best for sub-acute or chronic injuries including the treatment of back, body or joint pain, muscle imbalances, alignment concerns and more. Marlene works one on one with her clients to explore their health concerns, set joint goals and develop a treatment plan based on Clinical Pilates & traditional physiotherapy exercise.
Marlene obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Marlene is a member of both the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Associations and has spoken at national and international conferences. Her passion for Pilates began at Nicole Pillar Studio where she completed her certification as an Essential and Intermediate Level Mat Pilates instructor. She continues her training with Stott Essential & Intermediate Reformer Instructor certification. Marlene is also a certified Urban Poling Instructor.

Jennifer Ingram
Jennifer earned her diploma in Massage Therapy in 2002 and has experience in treating sports related injuries, headaches, lower back pain, postural imbalances, perinatal massage, and musculoskeletal injuries such as tendonitis and muscle strains. Jennifer has also completed advanced training in the assessment, treatment and management of TMJ Dysfunction. Her treatments include a combination of Swedish massage, trigger point release, instrument assisted soft tissue massage, stretching and joint mobilizations to help reduce tension or pain and restore mobility.

Marina Segalla Teixeira
Marina is a dedicated Physiotherapist Resident with a decade of experience and a passion for blending clinical care with movement and Pilates. She earned her physiotherapy degree and a residency in children’s health in Brazil, where she worked in a variety of healthcare settings, treating a wide range of conditions, from neurological disorders to musculoskeletal injuries. Travis Wilkie
Travis graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. He completed a double degree with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). He is also qualified in myofascial dry needling and cupping.
Travis has a love for Osteopathy that stems from many years of playing football and tennis while growing up in Australia. During this time, he sustained several different injuries which led to his introduction to Osteopathy and is where his passion for the profession began.
As an Osteopath, Travis enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and loves the challenge of helping patients determine the root cause of their pain and dysfunction. There is nothing that gives Travis greater fulfilment and satisfaction than seeing patients improve their overall health, performance and quality of life. While he loves all aspects of Osteopathy, he has a special interest in lower back and neck disorders.
His treatment approach is largely hands-on and primarily direct in nature. He will often utilize techniques such as soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, dry needling, manipulation and joint articulation. Depending on the patient’s concerns, he may also use an indirect approach such as the counterstrain technique to help relieve pain and improve overall function.
